What is included in business coaching?

Typically business coaching involves an hourly rate or retainer and several monthly coaching sessions. Some business coaches will allow you to text them when necessary, while others will ask you to refrain from contacting them outside of coaching sessions.

Others will use their experience to try and guide you through a process.
